Julie and Ed Wright did a marvelous job in handling the sale of my property. Our home needed a lot of work, so they introduced us to Chris Carpenter who did a magnificent job in remodeling the property and as an added bonus Julie has a daughter Christine who is an interior decorator and gave us some great ideas as to how to make our home look like a brand new 2021 model. Julie sold the home in less than a week and collected 14 offers, all over asking price and completed the sale in about 3 weeks or a little less. There is a great deal more to a sale today than years ago when we made our last purchase and Julie was right on top of the timing required to complete tasks and in making sure all of the paperwork was done properly.
