Platinum Edge Properties •
South Orange County, CA
Julie Wright is a REALTOR® with Platinum Edge Properties,
licensed since 2000 and bringing over 45 years of combined real estate
experience to her clients, including 19 years in the title insurance industry.
A residential expert and both an SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and
CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), she blends rigorous market
strategy with warm, high-touch service—guiding seniors and families through
pricing, preparation, showings, and closing with calm, steady negotiation.
Julie and her husband, Ed, own and operate Platinum Edge Properties, proudly
serving South Orange County communities including Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel,
Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and the surrounding areas.
A graduate of the three-year WACE Academy program (Class of
2015), Julie has a long record of industry and civic leadership. She has served
as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® South Orange County (2012), a
member of the Grievance Committee for Orange County REALTORS® (2021), founder
and first President of the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce (2012), and
President of the Aliso Viejo Chamber again in 2023 and 2024. Since 2009, she
has been an active member of the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce and
currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors. In recognition
of her leadership and impact, Julie was selected as Woman of the Year for
California’s 72nd Assembly District in 2025.
Deeply rooted in community service, Julie also serves on the
Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) Events Committee, helping plan
many of the city’s signature gatherings, including the Spring Celebration,
Summer Concerts, Children’s Movie Nights, Fourth of July Fireworks, Harvest
Festival, and Sunday with Santa. Very close to her heart, she is honored to be
a sponsor of the 1st Maintenance Battalion Marines and Sailors at Camp
Pendleton, actively supporting and contributing to their events throughout
the year. Her favorite efforts are in the fall, when she helps organize
donations for Thanksgiving pies and leads the end-of-year Toy Drive. Julie
collaborates with local businesses and car clubs to collect toys beginning in
late October, culminating in a festive Toy Drive on the second weekend in
December where Marines come out to receive the toys, meet families, and take
photos with the children—often with some Marines in their Dress Blues, making
it a truly special experience for everyone involved.
The contributions Julie Wright has made to the well-being
and improvement of the greater Orange County community have been invaluable,
and she continues to serve as a respected role model for public-spirited people
throughout the State of California—while delivering smooth transactions, strong
negotiations, and a referral-worthy experience for every client she serves.
